Day 5813
Day 5813 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. The tide is out further than usual. Dot Ferris has gone to look at what it left behind. Ned Ferris's small gathering has come together, with just enough chairs and no speeches. The rain has driven everyone indoors, and the café is doing the best trade of the week. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. A Visitor Is Expected runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
