Day 5966
Day 5966 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. The tide is out further than usual. Ned Ferris has gone to look at what it left behind. Ned Ferris has finally had everyone round. Nobody left early. A heron has taken up position at Miller's Pond and is refusing to be hurried. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
