Day 5967
Day 5967 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. Wren Gorse has stopped wondering about it, which is not quite the same as knowing. Opal Ferris and Fern Gorse have quietly become the sort of friends who notice things. Hattie Whitlow has got good enough at learning the orchard properly to be quietly smug about it. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Lemon Tart Question begins. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
