Day 77

What a day in Seahaven Springs! Marla returned from the hospital to find Gus waiting with flowers at The Salty Gull, while Walt emerged from Sheriff Brody's office with his dignity intact and a story he'll be telling for years. The rain came and went like a visiting relative, leaving behind a rainbow so perfectly placed that even the cynics had to stop and look—and when the sun broke through, it seemed to catch everyone heading the same direction: toward Sunday supper, toward each other, toward the warm light of The Salty Gull where Rex had quietly added one more chair, as if he'd simply known it would be needed. In Seahaven Springs, the town takes care of its own, and tonight, everyone's exactly where they belong.
