Day 793

What a day in Seahaven Springs! The rain came and went as dramatically as it pleased, leaving behind a rainbow so perfectly positioned the editors are still checking their lenses. Truman discovered treasures at the tide line and led half the town to admire a new bench in Founders Park—his personal promise, fulfilled at last. But as evening fell and The Anchor filled with warmth, spirits grew a touch too merry; Rex and Lark's friendly argument about fishing tales turned into the gentlest of scuffles, and Sheriff Hal kindly invited Lark to spend a quiet night in the cells to sleep it off. By midnight, the town had settled again, satisfied that everything had been handled exactly as it should be.
