Day 1636
What a day for Seahaven Springs! The fair bunting went up with almost military precision, the park committee has already formed around a kite-rescue mission, and somewhere in all of it, Truman was singing badly to his kitchen radio while the town gathered umbrellas and gossip in equal measure. By evening, the rain had cleared to a perfect rainbow, The Anchor was full of Friday-night warmth, and even the gulls seemed to be making new friends—or at least, Fern and Cole were doing it for them. Tomorrow the fair awaits, and we suspect Truman hasn't the faintest idea how much planning the town has already done on his behalf.
