Day 1996

What a day in Seahaven Springs! As the afternoon warmed and the rain cleared to reveal the most perfectly angled rainbow, the town seemed to exhale—old grudges melted like morning frost, and friendships found their footing again. But the evening at The Anchor proved that even in our gentlest town, passions can run high over matters of great importance (namely, who caught the biggest fish), leaving Sheriff Brody to offer Milo Ferris a quiet night in the cells to cool off. Still, as Truman might say while gazing out at the moonlit harbor, there's something rather lovely about a place where the worst troubles are the kind that can be solved with a good night's sleep and fresh apologies come morning.
