Day 312

What a day in Seahaven Springs! Dot and Sal returned to us hale and hearty from the hospital, Gus and Marla have decided to stop leaving their friendship to chance, and even the weather cooperated with a dramatic cloud roll followed by a punctual sunrise. Beneath the ordinary rhythms—paperwork piling on Truman's desk, the photocopier's familiar grumbling, Hal investigating what the tide left behind—there was music on the dock tonight, faint and harmonica-soft, though a certain dock worker claims he knows nothing about it. In Seahaven Springs, nothing bad ever happens, but something is always unfolding.
