A stray dog wandered into Truman's heart and apparently decided to stay, and somewhere in the gentle chaos of borrowed ladders, trespassing hedges, and a heron that simply will not be rushed, love quietly continued its work—Dot and the Doctor finishing what they started once more, and Truman and Fern keeping their own promises. Seahaven Springs ended its Wednesday exactly as it began: with everyone exactly where they belonged, umbrellas at the ready, and the kind of small, warm complications that make a town feel like home.
