But the real drama unfolded at The Anchor this evening, where old stories and strong opinions led Rex and Hal to a gentle scuffle that ended with Rex spending the night in the holding cell, which everyone agreed was probably for the best. Meanwhile, Norma's twisted ankle keeps her cozy at Seahaven General under Dot's care, and somewhere between the ladders in the orchard and the clearing skies, this little town reminded us once again that even when things get a bit chaotic, warmth and good sense always seem to win the day.
