Day 435
What a day in Seahaven Springs! Dot and Kip's move-in together had the whole café buzzing—there was furniture to arrange and hearts to settle—while young Edie Gorse took her first steps into Town Hall without so much as a shopping list. The heron at Miller's Pond seems determined to stay put, the garden gnome continues its mysterious travels, and a certain front door has been repainted by someone with opinions about color. Meanwhile, Gus Tidewater checked into Seahaven General with a head cold that had Dr. Pratt absolutely delighted to observe, and somewhere in the trees of Founders Park, a kite waited for a committee to decide its fate. In a town where mysteries are gentle and resolutions are warm, tonight felt full of small beginnings and the kind of change that makes everyone want to gather at the café with fresh coffee and fresh gossip.
