What a Friday night in Seahaven Springs it was—rain brought the whole town to Marla's café, then drove them to The Anchor, where the evening turned delightfully chaotic when Elaine took to the piano keys she cannot play and Gus offered some spirited opinions about the jukebox. Sheriff Hal settled the matter the only way he knows how, with a comfortable cell and the understanding that sometimes the best thing a town can offer is a quiet place to cool off. By night's end, the rain had cleared to reveal a rainbow so perfect it seemed almost scripted, and half of Seahaven Springs found themselves sitting under the stars, warm and content, the kind of evening that makes you wonder why anyone ever leaves a place like this.
