Day 5891
Day 5891 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. Opal Ferris has explained the tides three times, differently each time. Wren Gorse and Edie Gorse have quietly become the sort of friends who notice things. The tide is out further than usual. Posy Gorse has gone to look at what it left behind. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Bench at The Pond runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
