Day 612
What a Wednesday it's been in Seahaven Springs! Hal Brody's unexpected encounter with an overzealous seagull has landed him in Seahaven General, though the town's spirit remained undimmed—Marla even brought her café straight to the hospital steps to keep everyone caffeinated. Meanwhile, our dear Truman and Elaine have decided their neighborly chats shouldn't be left to chance anymore, while across town Kip and Dot have made much the same promise to each other. The pinecone championship in Founders Park was thoroughly unofficial and absolutely necessary, the piano at The Anchor continues its cheerful assault on melody, and somewhere in this sleepy seaside town, a garden gnome is settling into yet another new home. Tomorrow will bring whatever it brings—but tonight, Seahaven Springs rests knowing that life, as always, is exactly as lovely and wonderfully strange as it should be.
